What to say about this camp… it is authentic, challenging, a bit slower paced (sometimes), and possibly life-altering. What does it mean to walk the talk? I’m glad you asked. It means acting out the principles of Jesus and His Kingdom everyday, everywhere you go. We get to put that into practice this week.

A snapshot of camp: we will volunteer/do service projects throughout the KC Metro area with classes, activities, and campfires sprinkled in throughout the week.

We want you to experience Jesus and His love for you this week! The more fully we understand His love, the more we want to share it with others. As we serve others throughout the week it is our hope that you grow in your ability to see everyone you meet through the eyes of Jesus. The last commandment that Jesus gave before he went to the cross was to “love one another as I have loved you,” which He demonstrated to his disciples by washing their feet. (A task reserved for the lowest servant.) Jesus demonstrated love through service…
